Special Gift of Health and Help City Impact “Gifts of Love” Program

As you know, every year, our office partners with City Impact to help with their “Gifts of Love Toy Drive”. This is just a friendly reminder that our “Gifts of Love Toy Drive” has started and will continue until Wednesday, December 6th when all donations will be picked up. City Impact requests no stuffed animals, but will gladly accept any new toys or games. To show our appreciation for your kind donations, for every toy you donate you will get to enter your name into a drawing for one of our exciting prizes such as:
• $200 Gift Certificate to the store or restaurant of your choice.
• $100 Omaha Steaks Package
• $50 Gift Card to Vincenzo’s Italian Ristorante
• $25 Gift Card to Runza
Also, if you refer someone to our clinic, your referral will receive a free consultation, exam and x-rays (if deemed necessary) by just bringing a NEW toy with them to their first visit. Your name will be placed in our prize drawing for every referral as well.
